How do I create a new user?
To create a new user, click the REGISTER button at the top right of the page, and then fill in the necessary form information.
Finally, click the Register button at the bottom of the page.

How do I log in if I am already a registered user?

In case you are already a registered user, on the main page click the LOGIN button, and then fill in the Username (EMAIL) and your password in the required fields.

What should I do if I forgot my password or Username?

In case you forgot your password or username, then click on the LOG button located on the top right of the main page and then press the button FORGOT MY CODE or FORGOT USERNAME to start the recovery process.

How can I attend a LIVE conference / webinar / virtual event?

Once you have logged in with your Livemed passwords (in case you do not have passwords follow the account creation process), go to the LIVE section. From there, select the event you want to watch and press the Go Virtual or Go Live button.
Then from the buttons at the bottom of the screen press the Meeting Room button.
In the new page that appears press the play button that is in the center of the room to open the player. Once the player is open, press the play button to start watching the event live.

How do I ask a question to speakers via Livemed?

Once you have logged in with your Livemed passwords (in case you do not have passwords follow the account creation process), go to the LIVE section. From there, select the event you want to watch and press the Go Virtual or Go Live button.
Then from the buttons at the bottom of the screen press the Meeting Room button. In the new page that appears press the play button that is in the center of the room to open the player.
At the bottom of the screen there is a field where you can ask your questions to the speakers.

How can I view the program, showroom or sponsors of a conference / webinar / virtual event?

Once you have logged in with your Livemed passwords (in case you do not have passwords follow the account creation process), go to the LIVE section. From there, select the event you want to watch and press the Go Virtual or Go Live button.
Then from the buttons at the bottom of the screen press the Button Program, Sponsors or Showroom to see the corresponding information

** Note that not all virtual events have active showrooms.


How can I enter the Conference Secretariat?

Once you have logged in with your Livemed passwords (in case you do not have passwords follow the account creation process), go to the LIVE section. From there, select the event you want to watch and press the Go Virtual or Go Live button.
Then from the buttons at the bottom of the screen press the button
Secretariat.

How do I register for a conference?

Once you have logged in with your Livemed passwords (in case you do not have passwords follow the account creation process), go to the LIVE section. From there, select the event you want to watch and press the Go Virtual or Go Live button.
Then from the buttons at the bottom of the screen press the button
Secretariat.
Then press the Register button from the buttons at the bottom of the screen. In the new page that will open for you, carefully fill in your details in the form so that you can register for the specific conference / webinar / virtual event and be able to receive your certificate at the end of the conference / webinar / virtual event.

**Caution!!! Your subscription to Livemed as a user does not mean that you have subscribed to the conference. Registration for the conference should be through the conference registration form. **

How can I view the information of a conference / webinar / virtual event?
Once you have logged in with your Livemed passwords (in case you do not have passwords follow the account creation process), go to the LIVE section. From there, select the event you want to watch and press the Go Virtual or Go Live button.
Then from the buttons at the bottom of the screen press the button
Secretariat.
Then click the Info button to view the conference info.

What other information can I see from the Secretariat?

At the secretariat you can see information such as e-posters, abstracts, speakers as well as get your certificate.

How can I get my certificate?
Once you have logged in with your Livemed passwords (in case you do not have passwords follow the account creation process), go to the LIVE section. From there, select the event you want to watch and press the Go Virtual or Go Live button.
Then from the buttons at the bottom of the screen press the button
Secretariat.
Then press the Certificate button to start the certificate process.
Then fill in the evaluation form and when you are done press the Certificate button. In the new screen that appears, select the conference you have attended, search with your details and press
Get Certificate button that will appear at the bottom of the screen.

** To obtain your certificate it is necessary to have registered at the conference through the registration process and to have attended 60% of the total hours of the scientific program of the conference / webinar / Virtual Event. **

*** After closing the link for certificates, you can apply for sending your certificate from the conference secretariat or technical support phones up to 6 months later. ***


For issues related to certificates please indicate your name and the conference you wish to attend. The conference secretariat will contact you within two weeks.

Where can I find a conference / webinar / virtual event on Demand?
Once you have logged in to your Livemed passwords (if you do not have passwords follow the account creation process), go to the
On Demand you will find from the Drop Down Menu two subcategories: Conferences and Web Events.
In case the event you want to attend was held as a physical conference then click on Conferences.
If it is a webinar or conference which was held only online then click on the Web Events option..

How can I attend a conference / webinar / virtual event on Demand?
Once you have logged in to your Livemed passwords (if you do not have passwords follow the account creation process), go to the
On Demand section and select one of the two categories that describe the conference / webinar / virtual event. Then select the conference / webinar / virtual event you want to attend and click on the image.
After being taken to the conference / webinar / web event site then select the On Demand button from the buttons displayed at the bottom of the screen.
In the new page that appears, you will see that the conference is broken down by speaker and speech and is sorted by the dates each speech was made. From there you can select the speech you want to see.

* Some On Demand conferences can direct you directly to video lectures. From there you can select the speech you want to see. *


** Some of the speeches may not be available for viewing

Can I get a certificate by attending a conference / webinar / virtual event on Demand?

No. According to the current provisions and instructions set by the state, no certificate is given for on demand scientific events.

What are Public events?

Public events are various events that took place with free attendance by the public without the use of a password.
